Description
ivory, both of them decorated with engraved circle-ornament with dot in the centre, accentuated by black pigment, min. dam., slight traces of usage;
hair pins were objects of prestige, for such thin staffs were difficult to carve. They were worn in hats by men, and by women in their hair.
