Description
light brown wood, large parts showing dark patina, elongated face with accentuated forehead/nose ridge and rectangular pierced eyes, crowned by long pointed horns, min. dam., insect caused damage, cracks, traces of abrasion, base;
“molo” masks are used by Bobo smiths during initiations to represent the god “dow”, spirit of new life and growth in the springtime
