wood, dark brown patina, camwood powder “osun”, black paint, indigo blue pigment, eyes inset with metal tags (one missing), several strings of glass beads and coconut discs, prominent facial features: striking short nose, the notched mouth situated at the tip of the chin, large eyes with grooved upper lid, incised angular tattoos on the cheeks, slightly dam.
