Rainer Neumann is a “street photographer”. He is concerned with capturing unposed scenes directly. Neumann has his centre of life in Ludwigshafen. Due to stricter data protection guidelines, spontaneous “street photography” is no longer legally possible in Germany, so these intensive shots are taken abroad.
