Impressive animal sculpture in elegantly curved reduced forms, whose expressiveness is further enhanced by the surface structure marked by weathering and wind abrasion.

The animal figure shows anthropomorphic facial features and was probably worked on a post. Apparently an animal totem put in a place to frighten off rampant spirits and thus offer protection to humans.
