Description
wood, blackish brown paint, kaolin, indigo blue pigment, striking broad and round shoulders, the short legs carved with massive rings, the head proportionally small, the light coloured body painted with black dots, slightly dam. (nose, crest), traces of insect caused damage (above all backside at the base), abrasion of paint, base.
Emphasis on sexual characteristics is most often found in masquerade puppets used to indicate deviant sexual behavior, though the use of this atypical figure is uncertain.
