Description

wood, matt dark brown patina, partly encrusted, nearly identical facial features with prominent eyes and cheek scarifications, heart-shaped double-axe symbol, neck and tounge-shaped projections with incised geometrical decor, slightly dam., insect caused missing parts (base of the handle), plate;
presumably a work of the Adeshina workshop.
