Description

ivory, slightly shiny patina, in form of an quadruped, tribe-typical circle ornaments with central drilling, min. dam., fine cracks through age, slight traces of abrasion;
there are two types of sculpted zoomorphic figures: generic four-legged animals “mugugundu” and figures of specific animals. Both types are owned solely by high-level “bwami” members.
