Description

light brown wood, black paint, darkened kaolin, drilled holes around the rim, min. dam., cracks, small missing parts, slight traces of abrasion;
“zamble” represents a bushbuck; along with “zauli” and “gu” it belongs to the group of the so-called “yu-masks”. “Zamble” should ward off sorcerers and in cases of conflict he acts as mediator.
