Description
wood, encrusted sacrificial patina, polychrome paint, depicting a rooster, completely decorated with carved and painted geometrical ornaments, dominated by a comb and a long bent beak, pierced around the rim, min. dam., small missing parts, cracks, traces of abrasion, base;
all masks of the Mossi have totemistic character and are part of genesis myths of the clan they belong to.
