This mask type is related to the “do muso” masks of the Diula, which are stylistically similar to the Senufo masks. Both ethnic groups are direct neighbours of the Jimini.


The object Zoomorphic mask “siginkura-ayna” with the object ID 3041538 was part of the auction 94th Tribal Art Auction on March 7, 2020, lot number 241 at that time and is currently available for EUR 2,000 in Open sale.
