Description

hardwood, greyish brown patina, rounded rims on top and at the bottom, bumpy surface, incised lattice design, forming a large diamond-shaped motiv in the centre, triangles around the rim, cord handle for support, dam., missing parts (rim), cracks, abrasion of paint, traces of old age


The object War shield with the object ID 3038339 was part of the auction 79th Tribal Art Auction on March 21, 2015. The object with the lot number 38 achieved a sales price of EUR 1,000 with an asking price of EUR 600.
