Description

a) glass beads, of different form and colour, metal spacers inbetween, thread on plant fibre in 13 strings, small brass bells around outer rim, loop and piece of shell for closure, l: ca. 29,5 cm; b) two separate worked tubes, wrapped with beaded strings in red, blue and white, l: 35,5 cm;
in Naga society ornaments are symbol for the wearers membership to a certain clan, to an age group or to a rank.
