Description

metall, of slightly curved form with a thorn-like projection, semicircular blade with beak-like appendage, min. dam., traces of corrosion;
supposed to be a stylized rooster which is considered by the Fali to be holy. According to Wente-Lukas, the hatchets were used in earlier times at burial rituals and were carried by the brother or son of the deceased.
