wood, dark brown patina, white and red pigment, crowned by a concave vaulted mask face with tubular protruding eyes with shell disc inlay, mouth with bare tongue, bar-like break-through backside for suspension, slightly dam., minor missing parts (head, nose), paint rubbed off
