Description

wood, shiny brown patina, three-legged seat, carved with an anthropomorphic head, dam., minor missing parts, cracks, traces of usage;
every initiated Lobi man is said to have owned such a stool. They were carried on the left shoulder when travelling. In cases of emergency they also served as weapon.
