Description

hardwood, partly encrusted brown patina, beautiful detail: accentuated collarbones, “phisa” coiffure, pierced ears, rep. (right foot tip), missing part (left foot tip), base;
present figure shows no distinguishing gesture which is why it belongs to the type of “ordinary bateba phuwe”. They should protect humans against witches and sorcerers, should help finding a partner for marriage and prevent illness and infertility.
