Description
wood, reddish brown patina, voluminous round shoulders, overlong arms flanking the body, proportionally small and narrow head with crested coiffure, slightly dam., cracks (right side of the head, lower part of the body), rep. (left foot tip, right forearm), traces of insect caused damage (left upper arm), paint rubbed off, base.
On the occasion of a yearly proceeding rites, these figures are moisted with a special oil, what gives them their glossy complexion.
