Description

wood, reddish brown patina, the upper part of the body wrapped with bands of fabric, small pouches with wooden sticks attached to either arm, the breast and the round belly coated with clay-like mass, showing sacrificial traces, Yaka-typical snub nose in distinct form, collection number backside at the right foot: “32098”, slightly dam., paint rubbed off, cracks, on block-like base;
