Standing female figure "mwunzi"

Description

wood, partly shiny blackish brown ptaina, the big hands resting on the chest, pierced ears (one with metal earring), min. dam., small missing parts, slight traces of abrasion;
presumably a magical figure “mvunzi”, who protects humans against certain evil spirits. The main fortuneteller usually possesses such “mvunzi”, who employs them in cases of sickness, for theft or for the hunt.
