Description
greyish brown patina, traces of camwood powder, voluminous forms: broad shoulders with massive arms, bulging hunchback, the head extremely flat, with incised facial features, expressive effect, sightly dam., cracks, minor missing parts (feet), on metal plate;
the Mama became especially known for their highly abstract antelope and buffalo masks. Figures are rather rare !
