wood, dark brown patina, firmly twisted cord material, thorn-like tapering base for insertion into the spear shaft, carved with a bearded janus head, showing nearly identical faces, crowned by a tapering socket, wrapped in cord material for the spear tip to be plugged in, slightly dam. (nose tip), cracks
