Description

shaft of palmwood, in full length and on both sides seamed by grassfibre bands set with shark teeth in regular distance, wrapped with red and black dyed rattan and cord material in the upper area, bird beak on top, hollow bone of a cassowary at the base, two strings with nassa snails, small grass fibre tassels, slightly dam., strings with shark teeth partly loosened, the wrapping with rattan as well
