Description

wood, light brown patina, small remains of black paint, rising from a short foot, the bulbous corpus with bridge-like connection in the middle, both sides carved with standing figures in flat relief with their fully plastic heads projecting over the rim, mounted on block-like base and plate;
a comparable bowl pictured at Sousberghe, 1958, ill. 266.
