Description

wood, brown patina, flat face with small eyes that are closely arranged to each other, high cheek bones, right eye and nostril as well as the chin provided with some sort of inlay, incised scarification mark on the left cheek, slightly dam., abrasion of paint, crack backside, base.
The Inupiaq are an Alaskan Native people, whose traditional territory spans Norton Sound on the Bering Sea to the Canada-United States border.
