Description

wood, matt blackish brown patina, the coiffure roof-like projecting over the face, arching brows, horizontal scarification marks on the cheeks, the arms extremely short with both hands resting on the belly, rising from a two-legged stool, slightly dam., minor missing parts and abrasion, crack, base;
the Dida are an ethnic group in the southern Côte d’Ivoire, they belong to the so-called “Lagoon People”.
