Description

8 pcs., a) three forehead ornaments studded with nassa snails and dog teeth (25, 77 and 97 pcs.), on a band of twisted plant fibre cord, l: 40 cm - 58 cm

b) two combs, bamboo, carved in natural curvature, incised ornamentation accentuated with lime, 10 tines each, h: 19 cm & 29,5 cm. These simple combs were purely utilitarian objects, used by men, women and girls alike

c) two belts (d: 32 cm each) and bracelet (d: 9,5 cm), made of a meshwork of lygodium strips (“nugwa”), partly dyed yellow and red
