Description

terracotta, reddish patina, white pigment, parallel scarification marks on the upper arms and the cheeks, pierced ears, min. dam., minor missing part (left foot tip), traces of abrasion;
the Igala settle at the left bank of the Niger, south of his confluence with the Benue; their neighbours are the Igbo and the Idoma, but they had been in contact with the Bini, the Yoruba and the Jukun ever since.
