Description

wood, insect caused damage, base

The expressive facial features with large round eyes and open mouth,
together with the hands stretched upwards, give the figure an almost
conjuring effect.

As a sign of her dignity, the figure is carved with bracelets. It may be
the commemorative figure for a distinguished woman of high status such
as those displayed in front of the palace for the public to see almost
everywhere in the grasslands on important events.
