Description

wood, dark brown patina, encrusted in some areas, handle in form of a standing female figure, with both hands up to her breasts, min. dam., cracks;
such spoons belong to female members of the “ogboni” society, who have already reached the highest grade. They are called “erelu olupon” - “owner of the spoon”.
