Description

red pigment, kaolin, from plant fibre netting, tube-shaped, rattan ring at the bottom, eyes, mouth and ears from fine wickerwork, forehead crest and two diadem-like elements from wood, feather crowning, strip of animal skin backside, collection number “AJP 1017”, traces of old age (feathers, animal skin);
at the lower rim originally completed by abundant grass fibre cuff.
