Description

wood, camwood powder, indigo blue pigment,
Two characteristic features distinguish “ibeji” from the small town of Egbe: the hands folded over the belly and the high crown-shaped hairstyles.

In these beautiful specimens, the facial features are heavily rubbed due to many years of treatment in the cult.
