wood, middle brown patina, blackish blue paint at the coiffure, male/female, both figures richly adorned with strings of antique glass beads or coconut discs, the male wearing an earring, metal tags in the eyes preserved, lancet-shaped scarification marks on cheeks and forehead, unusual details: the nearly naturalistic modelled hands, the marking of the ankles, slightly dam.
