Description

acrylic on canvas,
colourful abstract painting by the Würzburg artist. She finds inspiration in landscapes and interesting natural formations, which she then transforms into atmospheric paintings.

“Seen things - especially landscapes, impressions of nature and cities serve as inspiration. The pictures arise from the memory of colours, form elements and structures, which are abstracted and freely combined. Events and impressions in personal experience and public surroundings can become the subject of a painting.
[…]
Colour and light in counterplay to darkness, transparency or colour density, fine or strong lines as anchoring and structuring allow free association.” Source: http://barbarahenn.de/
