Reminiscent of the concentric “garra” hooks of the neighbouring Bahinemo in the Hunstein Mountains.
According to Eike Haberland, the hook style is widespread from the Ramu over the Yuat, Korowori, Blackwater and Krosmeri Rivers into the Hunstein Mountains.
