Description
wood, shiny dark brown patina, vaulted pillow ending with two stylized animal heads, decorated with metal tags, plaited plant fibre cord for support, min. dam., traces of use;
neckrests were used as pillows and should preserve the elaborate coiffures at night. They identified their owner concerning rank and membership to a certain clan.
