Description

wood, dark brown patina, oval form with cheek projections, big mouth inset with animal teeth, framed by an abundant moustache made from plant fibres, min. dam., slight traces of abrasion;
these miniature masks are called “ma go”, which means “small head”. On travels they function as substitute for the big masks in representing the helping spirit.
