Description

wood, animal horn, dark brown patina, stopper in shape of a stylized human head, plant fibre cuff, min. dam., abrasion of paint.
The horns of various animals were filled with magical substances and closed with large stoppers. They were used to cure, heal, cast spells, for divination and for exorcisms.
