Description

wood, blackish brown patina, especially large “spectacle glass-like” eyes with a raised narrow rim, characteristic concave vaulted facial plane with curved nose bridge, big diamond-shaped mouth with two metal teeth, drilled holes above the forehead (for insertion of feather ornament) and drilled holes in the chin area (for attachment of a beard), slightly dam., cracks at the chin (partly spread with mass), rep. (nose tip), missing parts backside at the rim, small traces of insect caused damage at the same place, metal base
