Description

wood, greyish brown patina, heavy encrustations, metal pins, bulging mask face with chin plug and crest, coated by a thick layer of encrusted sacrificial patina, still visible: a broad grinning mouth and geometrical patterns, plug-like projection at the back of the half figure, dam., surface structure strongly marked by insect caused damage and weathering, missing parts, cracks, rep. (the half figures right arm), base
