wood, brown patina, remains of white, indigo blue and red pigment, flat facial plane with a disc-shaped projecting beard and tapering forehead, crowned by a conical coiffure composed of small polychrome rectangles, a band of white pigment across the eye zone, drilled holes around the rim with bulges of rotan and fabric, slightly dam., minor missing parts (eyes), a crack backside, rep. at the same place (right rim), small traces of insect caused damage
