Description

wood, kaolin, black paint remains, a vaulted rectangular base carved with a mask face with accentuated cut facial features, raised tattoo at the temples, a three-parted high crested coiffure, min. dam., cracks, slight traces of abrasion;
a work of Sikire Kambire, Gaoua (1896 - 5. Okt. 1963).
