wood, brown patina, black paint, characteristic pear-shaped face, nearly beak-like tapered mouth, large eyes with bulging eyeballs, linear scarification marks on the face, the body strikingly thick encrusted with clay-like mass, resp. camwood powder, facial features abraded, slightly dam.
