Description

wood, shiny brown patina, remains of black paint and indigo blue pigment, hood-like coiffure, the face widely projecting to the front, showing a broad nose and a tapering mouth, linear incisions on the cheeks, drilled pupils (nailheads missing), facial features abraded from feeding procedures (mouth, nose), scarification marks on the belly, slightly dam., missing parts (on top and backside of the coiffure), encrustations with camwood powder
