Description

wood, reddish brown patina, two strips of fabric around the neck, small deepening in the head for insertion of magical substances, Songe-typical facial features, shape of the body rather unusual (leg area), slightly dam. (eyes, navel), minor missing parts (both feet), patina strongly encrusted in parts (right side of the head/left shoulder), base;
once the figure was no longer deemed efficacious, its magical loading and attachments were removed.
The remaining “naked” figure had no value to the Songe at all.
