Description

from plaited palm fibre strings (presumably from the Arenga palm), which are sewn together, padded/reinforced by pieces of palm leaf seaths, cylindrical with brim, which is sewn with three projecting circular pieces, scrolled braided strings and bristle-like plant fibre tufts for ornament, cotton chin strap, traces of old age, slightly dirty
