brass, with patina, one container (measure for four ounces), two small containers (measure for one ounce each), complete with set of all weights inside; one big container with six various weights;
these european stack- or application weights were not unusual to be found among the Akan sets of goldweights from 1600 up to the beginning of the 20th century.
