Description

copper alloy (bronze, brass), fragmentary

Figure of a pregnant woman. The body and physiognomy are particularly finely crafted. Great care was also taken with details such as the hairstyle and necklace.

According to W. Glar, this is a very early piece, because influences from the Inland Delta can still be seen. The structure, the aged patina, etc. also indicate an advanced age.
