In 1980 Stoll published a pair of figures that bear striking resemblance to the present figure. He describes the pair as very unusual and places them in the southern Ilorin area (Stoll, 1980, fig.158). The pair was auctioned on 23 September 2006 as lot 230 at Zemanek-Münster (AHDRC 0107131).
