Description

wood, blackish brown patina, encrusted in some areas, three strings of miniature glass beads, face with round cheeks and large eyes with framing eyelashes, high towering coiffure with accentuated middle crest, incised scarification marks on face and stomach, distinctive posture: craning head between hanging shoulders, collection number “P 52” at the bottom of the base, facial features rubbed off through long use in the cult, metal tags removed, slightly dam., cracks (right side of head and body, base)
